When submitting your complaint, please include a detailed description of the circumstances involved. We will conduct a comprehensive investigation, gathering all relevant evidence and information, to provide a conclusive response. For straightforward matters, we strive to deliver a final response within ten (10) business days. If the matter is more complex, we will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within five (5) business days and aim to provide a final response as swiftly as possible, but no later than one (1) month from the date of receipt.
If you are dissatisfied with our response, or if no response is provided within the specified timeframes, you may contact the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) within one (1) year from the date you first submitted your complaint to us.
