Marek Domagala

Marek has 23 years of experience in different fields of finance.

Marek's prior position was as Project Manager at the Assistant Vice President level at Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) in Luxembourg. He was responsible for the selection and implementation of the integrated solution for the Real Estate Investment Funds Services department.

The solution covers the full scope of fund administration services (Custody, Accounting, Administration and Transfer Agency) for about 100 Real Estate Funds and around 110 potential system users. Prior to his last position he was a team leader in the Real Estate Accounting Group within BBH, managing a team of twenty five. His main responsibilities were in NAV calculation, consolidation and accounting of several Real Estate Structures. Before joining BBH Marek held the Finance Manager Position at Mourant Luxembourg S.A..

He was responsible for transfer agency, administration and ac-counting of Private Equity, Real Estate, Mezzanine Financing and Securitization vehicles. Before that Marek spent 8 years within Del-phi Automotive (one of the largest automotive component manufacturers) in several finance roles, the most recent one being European and South American divisional Controller, with a main focus on regional consolidation, budgeting, forecasting and reporting functions. Marek graduated from the Economics and Business Organization School in Kalisz (Poland) and studied Law & Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, (Poland).

He is fluent in English, Polish and good in German, French and Russian.
